Construction project management is the discipline concerned with planning, coordinating, and delivering built environment projects from inception to completion. A construction project manager must balance resources, time, budget, staff, and stakeholder demands across the complex web of contractors, consultants, clients, and regulatory requirements that every major building project involves.
