At the University of Strathclyde, this four-year full-time degree develops your understanding of HRM in the context of organisations operating in complex and changing environments. You will study how HR functions contribute to organisational strategy alongside the specific practices of managing people through the employment lifecycle, from attraction and recruitment through to development, engagement, and offboarding.
