Business management is concerned with the knowledge and judgement needed to lead and improve organisations effectively. At the University of Essex, this three-year full-time programme develops your understanding of organisations across their full range of activities. You will study strategy, marketing, finance, operations, human resource management, and organisational behaviour, building both the theoretical frameworks and the analytical skills that managers rely on in practice.
