About this course

Study a holistic subject, focussing on topics such as social development, patterns of trade and how geographic factors interact with both one another and human goals. Make a note of the UCAS code for the course you want to apply for: Explore the interactions between the human world and physical environments. Then use this knowledge to unlock solutions to challenges around sustainability, inequality, and climate change.

To address global challenges, you need technical, numerical, and communication skills. Join us to develop all those abilities and more, with top research training, field trips, and modules designed to give you a holistic approach to problems. Learn from researchers exploring the impact of climate change on the natural environment, sustainable development and urban populations.

To help you become the geographer you want to be, this course offers lots of flexibility. After your first year, shape your study with optional modules exploring everything from Geopolitics to Global Warming to Coastal Management.
