About this course
Management and psychology is a combination that addresses one of the most fundamental insights of organisational life: that good management is ultimately about understanding people. Psychology provides the scientific understanding of human behaviour, motivation, cognition, and social dynamics that gives those management frameworks their grounding in how people actually think and act. At the University of St Andrews, this four-year full-time MA (Hons) programme combines a broad-ranging education in psychology, covering perception, cognition, motivation, and behaviour and grounded in the theoretical foundations and modern developments of contemporary psychological science, with management education that engages seriously wit
