Business management with law is a combination that recognises how deeply commercial activity and legal regulation are intertwined in professional practice. Every significant business decision, from hiring and contracting to mergers, intellectual property, and international trade, occurs within a legal framework, and managers who understand that framework are better equipped to make sound decisions and to work effectively with the legal professionals they will encounter throughout their careers.
