Business and management with a specialism in human resources and organisational behaviour is a degree that takes seriously the insight that organisations are, at their most fundamental, collections of human beings, and that understanding and managing those human dimensions is central to organisational success. Human resource management covers the full range of activities through which organisations attract, develop, manage and retain their people, from recruitment and training to performance management, employment law, reward and wellbeing. Organisational behaviour examines the psychological and social dynamics that shape how people behave within organisations, including motivation, leadership, team dynamics, culture and change.
