Electronic and electrical engineering with a specialism in communication systems addresses the design and development of the systems through which information is transmitted, received, processed and displayed. Communication systems underpin mobile networks, satellite communications, the internet, radio and television broadcasting, and the ever-expanding range of connected devices that constitute the Internet of Things.
