Accounting and finance is the language and infrastructure of economic life. Accounting provides the systems through which organisations record, report, and interpret their financial activities, while finance examines how money is raised, invested, and managed to create and preserve value. Together they form a discipline that is simultaneously a technical practice and a strategic one, underpinning every decision made by businesses, governments, and investors.
