About this course
Business and economics is one of the most well-established and practically grounded combinations in higher education. Economics provides the theoretical framework for understanding how markets work, how prices are determined, how firms and consumers behave under different conditions, and how policy can influence economic outcomes. Business management provides the operational and strategic knowledge of how organisations function, compete, and create value. Together they produce graduates who can think analytically about economic questions and apply that thinking in real commercial environments. At Edge Hill, this three-year full-time programme engages with the core areas of both disciplines, from microeconomic and macroeconomic theory to strategy, marketing, finance, and organisational behaviour. You will work on real-life projects, connecting academic analysis to practical business chal
