About this course
Economics and politics is one of the most natural combinations in the social sciences. The two disciplines have always been intertwined: politics determines the rules within which economic activity takes place, while economic forces shape the political landscape and the choices available to governments and citizens. Studying them together gives you analytical tools that neither discipline alone can provide, allowing you to understand how markets, institutions, policies, and power interact to produce the world as it is.
