Artificial Intelligence is no longer a speculative field: it shapes how information is found, how medical diagnoses are made, how financial risk is assessed and how autonomous systems navigate the physical world. As a discipline it combines theoretical foundations drawn from mathematics, logic and statistics with the computational tools and algorithmic techniques needed to build systems that can learn, reason and make decisions. Understanding AI at this level, not just how to use existing tools but how to design, evaluate and critically examine intelligent systems, is one of the most significant intellectual investments a student can make for the coming decades.
