Demolition Supervisor

As a demolition supervisor, you lead a team that safely takes apart buildings and structures. You plan how the work will happen, check the site for anything dangerous, and make sure everyone knows what they're doing and stays safe. Safety is the most important thing - you'll run training, check equipment, and stop work if something isn't right.

You'll work with clients, engineers and environmental specialists to make sure the job happens the right way. You need to think ahead, solve problems when things change, and keep track of budgets and timelines. It's tough physical work to watch, but it needs a supervisor who cares about safety, keeps people organised, and makes sure everything is done properly.
