Entrepreneur and Startup Founder

AI

Entrepreneurs start their own businesses from scratch. They spot problems or opportunities, come up with an idea to fix them, build a team, and work hard to make it happen. You're the boss, and success depends on your idea and your drive.

The role

What an entrepreneur and startup founder actually does, day to day.

As an Entrepreneur or Startup Founder, you create something new. You see a problem - maybe people struggle to find something, or a service doesn't exist yet - and you decide to build the answer yourself. You start with an idea, test it out, learn what works and what doesn't, and gradually grow it into a real business.

The work is unpredictable. Some days you're thinking about big strategy - what customers want, who your competitors are, how to make money. Other days you're doing practical stuff - fixing bugs in your product, answering customer emails, or pitching your idea to investors for cash. You'll face setbacks and failures along the way, but you learn from them and keep going. It takes energy, determination, and the ability to wear many hats, but if your idea takes off, you build something that's yours.
