International business and international relations together examine the world through two complementary lenses: one economic and managerial, the other political and diplomatic. International business looks at how organisations operate across borders, navigating different legal systems, currencies, cultures, and competitive environments. International relations investigates the forces that shape relations between states and other global actors, including trade, security, diplomacy, institutions, and ideology. The combination produces graduates who understand both the commercial logic of globalisation and the political context that makes it possible and sometimes fragile.
