Sport conditioning and performance analysis is a discipline that applies the science of exercise physiology, strength and conditioning, and quantitative performance measurement to the pursuit of athletic excellence. Conditioning coaches and performance analysts work at the frontier of elite sport, helping athletes build physical capacity, recover effectively, and understand their performance in granular detail. The field draws on physiology, biomechanics, statistics, and technology to translate scientific knowledge into competitive advantage.
