Quantity surveying and commercial management is a degree focused on the financial and contractual management of construction and infrastructure projects. Quantity surveyors sit at the heart of the construction industry, managing costs from early estimates and procurement through to final account, advising clients on value and risk, and ensuring that projects are delivered within agreed financial parameters. Commercial management extends this into the broader business dimension of construction: contract administration, dispute resolution, procurement strategy and project finance.
