Business finance and economics together address some of the most important questions about how markets, firms, and financial systems work. Economics provides the theoretical frameworks and quantitative tools for understanding how resources are allocated, how prices are determined, and how policy interventions affect behaviour. Business finance applies related ideas to how organisations raise capital, allocate investment, manage risk, and measure performance. The combination gives you both the breadth of economic thinking and the practical depth of financial analysis.
