Business and management and psychology are disciplines that speak directly to each other. Psychology is the scientific study of mind and behaviour, examining how people think, act, react, and interact, and how that understanding can be applied to help individuals and address wider social challenges. Management is about directing organisations and the people within them towards shared goals. The two together create a degree that is grounded in both the science of human behaviour and the practical demands of organisational life.
