Construction management is the discipline that brings together the technical knowledge of the built environment with the commercial, organisational and leadership skills needed to plan, procure and deliver complex construction projects on time, within budget and to the required quality. Construction is one of the largest sectors of the UK economy, contributing significantly to GDP and employing hundreds of thousands of people, and the demand for skilled managers who can navigate its complexities has remained consistently strong.
