International tourism management is the study and practice of one of the world's largest and most complex industries. Tourism encompasses the movement of people for leisure, business, culture, and adventure, and its management involves understanding destination development, visitor behaviour, sustainable development, transport, accommodation, attractions, events, and the political and economic forces that shape where and how people travel.
