About this course

Adult nursing is the branch of nursing concerned with the care of people from young adulthood through to old age, across the full range of health conditions and care settings. Nurses are the largest professional group in the NHS and in healthcare more widely, providing the sustained clinical care, patient education, and human support that is central to good health outcomes. The adult nursing role requires both significant clinical knowledge and a deep capacity for empathy, communication, and professional judgement. At Nottingham Trent University's Mansfield campus, this three-year full-time programme prepares you to become a skilled and compassionate adult nurse.
