Construction management is the discipline responsible for planning, coordinating and delivering building projects on time, within budget and to the required quality. It is a professional practice that requires technical knowledge of how buildings are constructed, commercial and financial management skills, leadership capabilities and the ability to coordinate teams of designers, contractors and subcontractors across complex multi-stage projects.
