Construction Management is the discipline that combines engineering knowledge with project management, commercial awareness and leadership skills to oversee the planning, delivery and completion of construction projects. Construction managers coordinate the work of design teams, contractors, subcontractors and suppliers, managing programmes, budgets, quality and safety across projects that range from residential developments to large commercial buildings, infrastructure works and civil engineering projects.
