Construction Project Management is the discipline concerned with the planning, coordination and delivery of building and civil engineering projects from initial conception through to handover. It sits at the intersection of construction technology, financial management, contract law and organisational leadership, and it addresses the complex challenges of delivering physical environments within agreed budgets, timeframes and quality standards. Construction project managers work across residential, commercial, infrastructure, industrial and public sector projects, and they are central to the successful delivery of the built environment.
