Counselling and psychotherapy are disciplines rooted in the belief that people can change, grow and recover, and that the quality of the therapeutic relationship is central to that process. Professional counsellors help individuals navigate a wide range of difficulties, from bereavement and depression to relationship breakdown and trauma, working to create the conditions in which clients can explore their experience and find their own paths forward.
