About this course
Marketing is the practice of understanding what people want and need, and creating the strategies, communications and experiences through which organisations connect with them. It draws on consumer psychology, data analysis, communication theory and creative thinking, and it operates across every sector from consumer goods and technology to healthcare, charities and the arts. Marketing is both a strategic discipline, concerned with positioning, brand building and long-term competitive advantage, and a practical craft, requiring the ability to plan, execute and evaluate campaigns across multiple channels. At the University of Bradford, this three-year full-time degree, which is available with a foundation year, develops your understanding of core marketing theory and practice alongside the commercial skills that marketing professionals need. The foundation year is available for students
