Sport, health, and exercise sciences is an interdisciplinary field that examines human physical performance and wellbeing from three complementary perspectives: physiology, which addresses how the body responds and adapts to physical demands at the level of cells, organs, and systems; biomechanics, which analyses the mechanical forces and movement patterns involved in physical activity; and psychology, which explores the mental processes that shape motivation, performance, and behaviour in sport and exercise contexts.
