Electrical and mechanical engineering is a dual-discipline qualification that equips you to work across the two most fundamental branches of engineering. Mechanical engineering is concerned with the design, analysis, and manufacture of physical systems, from machines and structures to thermal systems and fluid mechanics. Electrical engineering covers the generation, transmission, and application of electrical energy, as well as electronic systems, control, and instrumentation. Together, the two disciplines give you the breadth to engage with the integrated electromechanical systems that define modern engineering practice.
