About this course
Geography with innovation is a programme that combines the broad intellectual scope of human and physical geography with an explicit focus on the creative and entrepreneurial thinking needed to address the complex problems of the twenty-first century. Geography is an integrative discipline, sitting at the intersection of the natural and social sciences, and examining how human societies interact with the physical environment across scales from local to global. The innovation dimension adds a focus on translating geographical understanding into new products, services and ways of working that address real challenges. At the University of Bristol, this four-year programme is designed to develop innovators who can think across arts, science, engineering, humanities and enterprise. You will develop a thorough understanding of human and physical geography alongside the skills to work in teams
