The discipline emerged from the recognition that writing software that actually works reliably, at scale, and in collaboration with others is a fundamentally different challenge from writing small programs that solve simple problems. At the University of Leicester, this three-year full-time programme combines technical programming expertise with real-world experience, developing your ability to shape the way people interact with technology at the highest professional leve
