About this course

Accounting and finance are the twin engines of financial decision-making in organisations of every kind. Accounting provides the language and systems through which financial information is recorded, reported, and communicated, while finance is concerned with the evaluation of investments, the management of risk, and the optimisation of how capital is deployed. Together they give you the tools to understand how businesses and other organisations manage money, create value, and account for their activities to investors, regulators, and the public.
