Chemistry with biomedicine is a degree that places the tools of chemistry at the service of understanding biological systems, health and disease. It examines how the chemical properties of molecules determine their behaviour in living organisms, how drugs are designed and how they interact with their biological targets, and how chemical knowledge can be applied to the diagnosis and treatment of disease.
