Adult Nursing is a profession built on a commitment to care, combining clinical knowledge and skill with the interpersonal qualities needed to support people through some of the most challenging experiences of their lives. Registered adult nurses assess, plan, deliver and evaluate care for patients across a wide age range and clinical setting, working both as autonomous practitioners and as members of multidisciplinary healthcare teams. The role demands not only technical competence but also the judgment to respond quickly to changing situations, the ability to communicate clearly with patients and colleagues, and a sustained commitment to compassionate and person-centred practice.
