About this course
Psychology and business management is a combination that makes real sense when you consider that organisations are fundamentally composed of people, and that understanding how people think, communicate, decide, and behave under pressure is directly relevant to almost every challenge that businesses and managers face. Psychology provides rigorous theoretical frameworks and empirical research methods for understanding human cognition and behaviour, while business management gives you the organisational and commercial context in which those insights are applied. At the University of Buckingham, this two-year full-time degree makes distinctive use of a small-group tutorial teaching model. For every module, you will have weekly tutorial meetings with a maximum of six other students, meaning your tutors will know your work closely and you will develop the collaborative and professional skills
