About this course

Security, intelligence, and cyber are increasingly central concerns for governments, international organisations, and businesses navigating a world in which threats are no longer confined to conventional military force. The study of security encompasses the analysis of terrorism, organised crime, state conflict, and the policies and institutions designed to manage these risks. Intelligence examines how information is gathered, assessed, and used in the service of national and organisational security. Cyber adds a further dimension that has become essential: the vulnerabilities, attacks, and defensive strategies associated with the digital infrastructure on which almost all modern activity depends.
