About this course
Business management and law is a combination that equips you to understand both how organisations create and sustain value and the legal framework within which all commercial activity takes place. These two disciplines reinforce each other: effective managers need to understand the legal environment in which their decisions are made, and lawyers working in commercial contexts need a sound grasp of how businesses actually function. Together, they produce graduates who can think legally and commercially at the same time, which is a genuinely distinctive and practically valuable capability. At Liverpool Hope this three-year full-time programme examines organisations across the full range from small and medium-sized enterprises to global multinationals, including public, private, and not-for-profit bodies.
