Economics and Finance together cover two disciplines that are central to understanding how the world works. Economics provides the theoretical frameworks for analysing how resources are allocated, how markets function, how governments intervene and how economies grow or contract. Finance translates those frameworks into the language of investment, risk, capital and value, asking how money moves through economies, how businesses are funded, and how financial decisions are made under uncertainty.
