Psychology with management combines the empirical science of human behaviour with the practical discipline of leading and organising people and institutions. Psychology provides rigorous tools for understanding motivation, personality, decision-making, group dynamics, leadership and wellbeing, all of which are directly relevant to the challenges of management.
