These are not merely academic puzzles but live questions with practical stakes, and philosophy gives you rigorous tools to engage with them without pretending the answers are simple. From religious pluralism to artificial intelligence, from animal rights to the structure of language and the nature of creativity, philosophical inquiry bears directly on the most contested issues of contemporary life.
