Psychology is a science of profound human relevance, asking how people perceive, think, remember, feel, and behave, and what drives the enormous variations in experience and capability that we observe across individuals and groups. As a degree-level discipline, it combines rigorous experimental and statistical methods with engagement with theory drawn from biology, neuroscience, philosophy, and the social sciences. Studying psychology trains you to evaluate evidence critically, think about causation and correlation carefully, and apply scientific reasoning to questions that matter directly to people's lives.
