Construction management sits at the intersection of engineering, business and law, concerned with the planning, coordination, procurement and delivery of building and infrastructure projects. It is a discipline that requires technical understanding of construction processes, the ability to manage costs, contracts and programmes under pressure, and the interpersonal skills to lead multidisciplinary teams and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors and regulators.
