About this course
Geography and religion, theology and spirituality is a combination that addresses how place, environment and faith intersect in human life, from the sacred landscapes that religious traditions have created and contested to the environmental ethics that different theological frameworks bring to questions of climate, land use and ecological responsibility. Geography examines the physical and human dimensions of the world, studying natural environments, urbanisation, population, development and the spatial patterns through which societies organise themselves. Religion, theology and spirituality examines how human beings have understood the sacred, constructed moral frameworks and built communities of meaning across different traditions and cultures. At Liverpool Hope University this four-year programme includes a foundation year that prepares you for degree-level study before you move into
