About this course

Law with business and commerce is a degree that combines the intellectual rigour and professional foundations of legal education with an understanding of how commercial organisations operate. Law provides training in legal reasoning, statutory interpretation, case analysis, and the structures of the legal system, while business and commerce adds the context of how companies are run, how transactions are structured, and how legal and commercial considerations interact in practice. Together, they prepare graduates for careers at the point where law and commerce meet, which is where much of the most demanding and well-regarded legal work happens.
