Aviation management sits at the intersection of business, operations, and the highly regulated, technically complex world of the aviation industry. It is concerned with how airports, airlines, air traffic management organisations, and related businesses are run: how they plan routes, manage capacity, ensure safety, control costs, respond to disruption, and compete in a global market where margins are tight and the consequences of failure are measured in operational and reputational terms.
