Fashion design and technology is a degree that takes seriously both the creative and the technical dimensions of the fashion industry. Fashion design is concerned with the vision, aesthetics, and cultural intelligence that produce clothing and accessories that are desirable, meaningful, and appropriate to their context. Fashion technology addresses the production side, encompassing pattern cutting, garment construction, materials science, manufacturing processes, and the digital tools that are increasingly central to how fashion is designed, sampled, and produced at scale. Bringing them together produces graduates who understand the full journey from idea to finished product.
