Quantity surveyors act as the essential link between designers and contractors, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. They are involved at every stage of the construction process, advising on costs, procuring contractors, managing contracts, valuing work in progress, and resolving financial disputes.
