At the University of Sussex, this four-year full-time programme invites you to explore innovative approaches to international management and develop a global understanding of business and society. You will study the foundations of management, marketing, finance, and strategy alongside the specifically international dimensions of trade, investment, and cross-border operations. The programme includes both a professional placement year, giving you direct work experience in a business environment, and an integrated foundation year, ensuring students from a range of backgrounds can build the academic and analytical tools needed for the main degree. Entry typically requires around 136 UCAS tariff points. Graduates of international business go on to work in management roles across a wide range of industries, in consultancy, in international trade and logistics, in financial services, and in the public sector in roles that require commercial and cross-cultural understanding.
